During the conference Musoni’s CEO presented the ‘Musoni Blueprint for Digitalisation, looking at how any MFI can digitalise their operations in just 12 months. We know that many MFIs understand the urgency of digitalisation, but also that it is difficult to know where to start. In this short 20 minute presentation, Cameron covers how to put together and implement a world class digitalisation strategy, leveraging your existing technology and taking advantage of the options in your specific region. He draws upon Musoni’s extensive experience in microfinance, and shares case studies from MFIs in Africa and Asia who have successfully digitalised with Musoni’s support.
