We collect personal data for two main purposes:

• To acquire new customers and employees

• To provide customer support, marketing, and product updates

We collect personal data when you apply for a job or request a software demo with the Musoni team. We process personal data based on your consent to the processing. Applicants have the right to revoke their consent at any given time.

5. What personal data do we process and how long do we retain the personal data?

We collect the following personal data when you request a software demo with the Musoni team:

• First name
• Last name
• Title
• Company
• Country/Region
• Email address 
• Phone number  

This information is necessary for us to be able to contact you about the demo itself, and tailor the demo to your specific requirements. Besides the assistance we also use the contact information to update you on new product releases and other information relevant to Musoni. You can unsubscribe to these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive. 

The personal data is kept for a period of seven years. Musoni will permanently delete all records on any individual in the event that we are specifically requested to remove the data by the individual. 

When you apply for a job with Musoni, we collect the following personal data:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• LinkedIn profile

There is an option to upload a resume, the applicant is free to determine whether or not he/she wants to provide additional information. We need the personal data to handle your job application and contact you in the event we wish to invite you to an interview. 

The personal data is kept for a period of two years, unless the applicant gives their explicit consent for us to store the data for longer.

6. Cookie policy of Musoni

6.1 What is a cookie?

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that you are using. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences, and other anonymous traffic data.

6.2 Use of cookies

We use both permanent and session cookies. With the use of permanent cookies we can recognize you on a new visit and apply your preferred settings to the website, such as when you have accepted cookies you don’t have to accept it again for your next visit. You can delete the permanent cookies in the settings of your browser. With the use of session cookies we can track which parts of the website you have visited, with this data we can optimize the way visitors experience our website. The session cookies will be deleted automatically as soon as you close your web browser.

Our website makes use of Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect and analyse information about use of the services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources. Google Analytics cookies are automatically deleted are 14 months. 6.4 Hubspot

Our website makes use of Hubspot, which uses cookies for the purposes of better understanding how viewers interact with our website, for improving our marketing, and for the submission of user forms, such as the “book a demo form”. When interacting with our website, we inform the user of our use of cookies and provide the option to accept or reject our use of cookies. Hubspot cookies are deleted automatically after 13 months.

The GDPR provides for various rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete the personal data Musoni Services B.V. has about you. 8. Amendments

This privacy and cookie policy may be amended from time to time consistent with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. We will post any revised policy on this website.
