What does the role involve?

You will be working closely with our Sales team, end customers and our internal development teams to gather and clarify requirements and take these through the business analysis process with the goal of producing both clear estimates and expectations with stakeholders as well as development tasks that can be picked up by our developers.  As this role develops you will take on the role of product owner within our Agile working methodology.

What skills & experience do you need to apply?

As a young and rapidly growing company, the ideal candidates for this role are ambitious, motivated and outgoing. We’re looking for fast learners with the ability to think strategically and creatively, especially those who enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment. We like people who are flexible and have the ability to enthusiastically respond to new tasks and challenges.

As a general rule, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Business Analyst roles, or
  • A background in IT development and proven experience of working closely with customers
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and methods
  • You know how to write detailed technical requirements, specifications and documentation
  • You also know how to write use cases, user stories, functional specs
  • Background in transactional/financial projects is a big plus
  • Experience working with SCRUM/Agile
  • Detail-oriented
  • Team player
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Length and type of contract

This role is a full time role and based in Houten. Candidates applying should already be in possession of a work permit to work in the Netherlands.
